Freelance Videographer for Electronica Trade Fair (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced freelance videographer to capture the Electronica trade fair in Munich from 10‑13 November 2026. The role is on‑site and focuses on producing high‑quality video content that will be used for internal communication and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Film trade‑fair highlights, interviews with exhibitors and live moments.
• Set up and operate camera equipment, audio gear and lighting in a busy exhibition environment.
• Coordinate closely with the on‑site live‑communication team to align content timing and storytelling.
• Deliver edited footage promptly to the back‑office for rapid reuse on social and communication channels.
• Maintain a reliable technical workflow throughout the event days.

Required profile

• Several years of experience filming at trade fairs, events or live‑communication settings.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Strong technical expertise with mobile video setups.
• Proven ability to work independently and reliably under live conditions.
• Experience collaborating with communication, social‑media or marketing teams.
