French Speaking Support Specialist

About the role

Lightspeed is looking for a French‑speaking Support Specialist to join its global 24/7 support team. You will be the first point of contact for hospitality customers, helping them via phone, chat and email while delivering the company’s Gold Class service standard.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable assistance to customers in French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and SaaS issues on iOS, Android, macOS and Windows platforms.
• Document, track and resolve tickets using Lightspeed’s support platforms.
• Identify, reproduce and escalate product bugs to the Quality Assurance team.
• Advocate product improvements and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Work within a roster to ensure high availability, including weekends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Basic familiarity with iOS, Android, macOS and Windows operating systems.
