French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join Blatchford’s European head office in Raunheim, Germany. You will be the main point of contact for our French‑market customers, ensuring a high level of service and supporting the entire order‑to‑delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and direct customer contacts.
• Enter orders and manage order fulfilment.
• Communicate order status and back‑order information to customers.
• Follow up on missing order lines and provide updates.
• Raise invoices and credit notes for customers.
• Coordinate paperwork and logistics for product returns or third‑party shipments.
• Support after‑care tasks, including product demos, loan products, and scheduling returns, repairs, and servicing.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• B2 level proficiency in German.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail.
