Front of House Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional Front of House Assistant to be the first point of contact for guests at our Berlin property. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and support smooth operations throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out using the hotel PMS.
• Handle reservations, room allocation, billing, payments and guest requests.
• Provide local recommendations and curated lifestyle tips.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Support lobby hosting duties, maintain presentation of public areas, and assist with events and lifestyle programming.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures and brand standards.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic and adaptable personality.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn across multiple operational areas.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel PMS (Property Management System).
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
