Front of House Assistant / Receptionist

About the role
As a Front of House Assistant you will be the welcoming face of Locke’s WunderLocke hotel in Munich. Reporting to the Head Host, you will help create a warm, memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures and handle enquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Provide local area knowledge and suggest activities, dining options and events to inspire guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, contractors and visitors, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Required profile
- Natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Enthusiasm for sharing local insights and enhancing guest experiences.
