Front of House Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Associate to be the first point of contact for clients at Hagius. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere that supports our members' fitness and health journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in clients, representing Hagius as the first person they meet.
• Assist clients with inquiries, turning concerns into positive experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and keep accurate records.
• Introduce newcomers to the Hagius experience and promote our services.

Required profile

• Proven hospitality experience in hotel, luxury retail, high‑end fitness or wellness environments.
• Exceptional customer‑service mindset with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
