Front of House Representative – Fitness Studio

About the role

Join Hagius as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, support clients throughout their visit, and help maintain the studio’s high‑standard environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in clients, introducing them to the Hagius experience.
• Assist members with inquiries, turning concerns into positive outcomes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio reception area.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as record‑keeping and scheduling.
• Represent Hagius’s brand values and ensure a friendly, professional first impression.

Required profile

• Proven hospitality experience in hotel, luxury retail, high‑end fitness or wellness settings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
