Frontend Software Engineer (Angular)

About the role

Shiftmove is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the team behind Avrios, its core fleet‑management product. You will build production‑grade features using Angular and collaborate closely with product, design and customers to deliver AI‑assisted workflows and operational tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and ship end‑to‑end frontend features, owning the full lifecycle from idea to release.
• Translate customer and business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape features and improve user outcomes.
• Participate in technical discussions, propose solutions and evaluate trade‑offs.
• Deliver features in a high‑frequency release environment while improving system stability and reducing technical debt.
• Share knowledge within the team and help raise engineering practices.

Required profile

• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and experience building production‑grade frontend applications.
• Ability to think from first principles, balance speed, scalability and complexity.
• Self‑starter who can drive work from concept to production in fast‑paced settings.
• Understanding of user needs and business impact behind features.
• Quick learner who asks questions and adapts to complex systems.
• Pragmatic decision‑maker who prioritises delivering value over perfection.
• Collaborative mindset, willing to support backend topics when needed.
