Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing, product‑driven engineering team building an AI‑powered B2B sales platform. Based in Germany, you will help create intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces that enable sales teams to work with massive datasets and complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modern frontend features using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Own UI features end‑to‑end, from design collaboration and prototyping to implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure consistent design systems and high‑quality user experiences.
• Integrate REST APIs and work with backend engineers to deliver data‑rich interfaces.
• Translate complex data and workflows into responsive, accessible UI components.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to frontend system design decisions.
• Continuously improve code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
• Iterate quickly on product features based on feedback from users and support teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Strong eye for design quality, usability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within small, fast‑moving teams.
• Commitment to writing well‑tested, maintainable code.
