Full Stack Engineer – AI-powered Finance Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale Nooxit’s AI‑powered finance automation platform. You will work on both backend APIs and polished frontend features while ensuring the underlying AI models deliver accurate, reliable results for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain highly available, scalable cloud applications end‑to‑end.
• Create new micro‑services and enhance existing ones within our current infrastructure.
• Build and own observability tooling such as accuracy dashboards, performance monitoring, anomaly detection and real‑time alerts for model predictions.
• Develop evaluation pipelines that continuously measure model accuracy across document types, edge cases and customer environments.
• Define, track and act on key performance metrics including precision, recall, confidence thresholds and drift indicators.
• Instrument services with structured logging, tracing and metrics to provide full visibility into AI behavior in production.
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product, data‑science and engineering teams to ship meaningful improvements.
