Full Stack Engineer – Digital Health & AI

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital health startup building an AI‑enabled cardiac tele‑monitoring platform used by leading institutions such as Charité, Mayo Clinic and UCSF. As a Full Stack Engineer you will own end‑to‑end product features, shaping them from concept through launch and post‑release iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Lead to define, design and ship substantial features across the stack.
• Develop and maintain physician and patient front‑end interfaces using TypeScript and React.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, data models and integrate machine‑learning components using Python.
• Lead a small squad of engineers, ensuring high code quality and timely delivery.
• Work directly with clinical partners, sales teams and founders to align technical solutions with user needs.

Required profile

• M.Sc. in a STEM discipline with at least 2 years of full‑stack experience (or 4 years without a degree).
• Strong product mindset focused on user experience and design decisions.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy in a small, high‑ownership team.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
