Full Stack Software Engineer (Junior)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing health‑tech startup aiming to dramatically shorten the time it takes for cancer therapeutics to reach patients. As a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer you will work side‑by‑side with a small team of top engineers on mission‑critical features that directly impact patients’ lives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Write efficient, reliable PostgreSQL queries and manage database schema changes.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex medical problems into software solutions.
• Review code, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure high code quality across the entire codebase.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate development while critically evaluating generated code.

• Passionate about building software that saves lives and willing to put in extra effort beyond regular hours.
• Self‑motivated, able to identify problems and take ownership without waiting for direction.
• Strong work ethic, continuously learning and improving code quality.
• Enjoys collaborative environments but can also thrive independently.
