Full Stack Web Engineer – Autonomous Vehicle Platform

About the role

ENWAY, a Bucher Municipal company, is building the world’s first fully autonomous street‑cleaning vehicles. As a Full Stack Web Engineer you will create the web‑based tools that let operators, customers and internal teams interact with these machines – from fleet dashboards to operator portals and internal utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end web applications (frontend, backend and APIs) for fleet monitoring, operations and customer‑facing products.
• Transform live vehicle telemetry, fleet status and mission data into responsive dashboards, maps and reports.
• Build robust REST and GraphQL APIs, data models and integrate with telematics, vehicle and backend systems.
• Develop internal tools that accelerate engineering, service and operations workflows.
• Own features from concept through design, implementation, testing, deployment and iteration based on user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, robotics/software and operations teams to ship the right solutions.
• Help define and evolve frontend/backend architecture, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional full‑time experience building production web applications.
• Strong ownership mindset – you take features from idea to production and ensure quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Modern frontend framework (React, Vue or Angular) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Node.js backend development with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Relational databases – PostgreSQL and solid data modelling.
• Version control (Git), automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fundamentals of web security, API design and performance.
