Fullstack Engineer (all genders)

About the role

Based in Berlin, you will create user‑facing experiences that turn complex supply‑chain intelligence into practical tools for industrial teams. Working full‑stack, you will primarily use Vue.js on the frontend while also contributing backend features in Python/Django as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features in a Vue.js application, ensuring high performance, responsiveness and usability.
• Implement designs accurately, identify friction in user flows and propose improvements.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, component structure and shared patterns.
• Build backend endpoints in Python/Django, work with existing APIs, data models and services.
• Debug and resolve issues that span frontend and backend.
• Create and extend reliable APIs and maintain clean backend services.
• Deliver lightweight automations and integrations using tools such as n8n.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) daily to draft code, refactor and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams, participate in code reviews and communicate progress.

Required profile

• Strong instinct for building intuitive user interfaces with Vue.js or a comparable modern framework.
• Willingness to go full‑stack when a feature requires backend work.
• Ownership mindset: follow‑through, clear communication and proactive problem solving.
• Customer‑centric attitude, fast yet quality‑focused development style.
• Comfortable working primarily from the office.
