German-speaking Customer Service Advisor – Fixed Term

About the role

Join LEGO’s award‑winning Consumer & Shopper Engagement team as a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor for the peak season. You will support LEGO fans worldwide, handling inquiries about products, orders, and digital experiences while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to consumer queries in English and German via phone and email.
• Handle order, return, product quality, and brand‑information questions.
• Provide troubleshooting for LEGO electronics and digital/app experiences.
• Use internal tools to assess and resolve brick‑related issues.
• Work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, to ensure continuous service.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (up to three days remote).

Required skills

• IT troubleshooting.
