German‑Speaking Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end journey of our DACH customers, from onboarding through renewal, ensuring they achieve their compliance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle from day 1 to renewal, delivering high‑quality service.
• Improve and scale CSM processes and set up the supporting infrastructure.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, engineering and product teams to align on customer needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for DACH customers and drive them toward specific business outcomes.
• Create and maintain educational and technical content for the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Fluent English and German (C2 level).
• 1+ years experience in customer success, customer experience or account management at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable discussing basic technical concepts with a technical audience and thriving in a remote‑first culture.
