German‑Speaking Project Manager / Delivery Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing digital solutions company that creates software platforms for the public and education sectors in Germany. The role is fully remote within Germany and supports projects that have a strong social impact, accessibility, and public‑service focus.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple digital projects at the same time.
• Run sprint planning, delivery coordination and overall project organisation.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and customers.
• Lead stakeholder and customer communication.
• Support project delivery from operational and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers and partner agencies.
• Improve structures, processes and delivery workflows.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery or similar environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Technical understanding and confidence working with development teams.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
• Stable career background with no major job hopping.
