Global Financial Controller – Bath & Wellness Division

About the role

The Global Financial Controller will lead financial operations for the Bath & Wellness division, overseeing planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting across multiple legal entities. This individual contributor role coordinates a worldwide network of financial controllers and works closely with tax, audit and reporting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate legal‑entity planning, intercompany relations and mid‑term planning for the division.
• Calculate transfer prices and intercompany provisions together with tax specialists.
• Prepare year‑end closing documentation, balance‑sheet reviews and impairment tests.
• Build and develop the Financial Controlling team both centrally and locally.
• Ensure data integrity for internal and external reporting, supporting S/4 HANA implementation.
• Collaborate with central, local and divisional functions to meet financial targets.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and support special projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and risk‑management processes for DACH entities.
• Monitor KPIs, drive cost optimisation and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluent professional or native German language.
• Extensive experience in financial controlling within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
• Proven ability to work with auditors and manage complex closing cycles.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
