Global Process Owner – Governance Reporting Obligations

About the role

We are looking for a Global Process Owner for Governance Reporting Obligations to lead the governance of tax‑related reporting across the operating division. You will own the end‑to‑end framework, ensuring compliance, robust processes, high‑quality data and transparent documentation worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously develop global reporting standards, governance principles, roles, responsibilities and compliance requirements.
• Embed tax, legal, financial reporting, data‑quality and internal‑control requirements into reporting processes and systems (compliance‑by‑design).
• Oversee reporting‑related requirements and solution designs to guarantee governance compliance.
• Lead decisions and escalations on ownership, control, data quality and design topics for reporting obligations.
• Ensure transparent governance through defined ownership, documentation and control standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainable implementation of reporting governance across functions.

Required profile

• Degree in computer science, natural sciences or a related field with relevant work experience.
• Several years of experience in project and/or change management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, Finance Reporting Compliance (FRC) and international tax law.
• Proven ability to design, transition and document processes with a structured, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German optional) and ability to collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
