Global Reporting System Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Global Reporting System Developer to design, build and maintain advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions within Bosch’s Global Reporting System (GRS). The role combines software development, data engineering and customer consulting to enable data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities, interfaces and ETL processes for the GRS platform and related BI tools.
• Maintain and support daily business processes, ensuring data quality and system reliability.
• Consult internal customers on KPI reporting, onboarding and requirement clarification.
• Support presales activities by analysing requirements and providing BI expertise for new projects.
• Explore Big Data and AI opportunities, contributing to data‑strategy and optimisation initiatives.
• Integrate existing platforms, data sources and analytics capabilities into innovative services.
• Provide data‑driven support for process optimisation, database management and data‑warehouse environments.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Several years of professional experience in software development and data analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• .NET (C#) development.
• T‑SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Web technologies: JQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Agile development methods and version control (GitHub).
• Data analytics, business intelligence and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with Big Data, AI‑driven analytics and data warehousing.
• Nice‑to‑have: Python and ETL tools such as Apache Hop or SSIS.
