Global Supply Chain Planning Solution Specialist (Maestro)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Planning Solution Specialist to lead the worldwide adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement of Kinaxis Maestro. In this strategic position you will work closely with business stakeholders and global IT teams to ensure planning processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with corporate objectives across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive global adoption and continuous enhancement of the Maestro planning solution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders as a planning advisor.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
• Provide transparency on global Maestro usage, capabilities and future potential.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and collaborate with global IT on value‑adding solutions.
• Ensure a streamlined Maestro setup by promoting lean structures and standardised processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with IT teams.
• Evaluate local initiatives against the global solution design and coordinate regression testing.
• Establish and continuously improve the Maestro support model.
• Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams to avoid duplicate effort.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices and deliver training programmes for support teams and end users.
• Support data integration and data‑quality initiatives to ensure reliable planning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, especially S&OP and MRP.
• Advanced hands‑on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience working effectively in cross‑functional, international teams.
