Go-To-Market Lead for Heat Pump & Installation (AI x Greentech)

Key responsibilities

• Relentlessly improve the heat‑pump product experience by working with customers to identify bottlenecks, refine fit, and personally onboard them.
• Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empowering customers to implement Reonic’s solution efficiently.
• Drive revenue and net‑revenue retention by spotting expansion opportunities, preventing churn, and making the product indispensable.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, increase usage, and uncover market opportunities.
• Lead high‑impact strategic projects that scale the installer network and increase market share.

Required profile

• Resilient, driven and passionate about delivering long‑term value to customers.
• Loves interacting with customers and helping them grow.
• Proven B2B account‑management experience with strong customer‑facing focus.
• Background in a high‑growth startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in German, French or Italian and English.
• Technical background (e.g., industrial engineering) or top‑tier business school degree is a plus.
