Graduate A400M MRO Engineering Program

About the role

Start date October 2027. The two‑year Airbus Global Graduate programme is a personalised development journey that combines technical training, soft‑skill workshops and on‑the‑job experience. Graduates will be integrated into the A400M MRO engineering team in Manching and will develop into fully qualified A400M MRO Engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop‑floor documentation.
• Quantify effort and material costs, create build processes and work orders.
• Act as the interface between the maintenance organisation and stakeholders such as customers, CAMO and the programme office.
• Provide technical solutions for issues arising during MRO activities.
• Ensure compliance with site and national regulations (e.g., Part‑145/M requirements).
• Support the shop‑floor throughout MRO phases from offer/ROM, event preparation, execution to aircraft hand‑back.
• Coordinate with Services and the Design Office to create documentation, fine‑tune repair dispositions and serve as technical point of contact for non‑standard repairs.

Required profile

• Degree level or equivalent in Engineering.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and motivation to drive personal development.
