About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its Düsseldorf office as a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate. You will start a career in FinTech sales, focusing on international payments and foreign‑exchange solutions for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Research prospects, understand their payment and FX needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, with earnings directly linked to performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic recent graduate with a strong desire to work in B2B sales.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and business‑level English and German.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to meet ambitious targets.
