Graduate Engineer – Data Centre Project (Frankfurt)

About the role

We are looking for a recent engineering graduate to join our high‑tech construction team on a new data‑centre project in Frankfurt. This full‑time, site‑based position offers hands‑on experience across multiple project stages and the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of Process Systems and coordinate activities between stakeholders on site.
• Support the delivery of a €100M+ data‑centre construction project, ensuring smooth progress across all phases.
• Undertake construction works on high‑tech facilities, following safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to gain exposure to various engineering disciplines.
• Participate in training programmes and progression pathways toward senior leadership roles.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to work hard and learn.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• EU passport or right to work in Germany.
