Graduate Engineering Planning & Data Manager (AGGP2027)

About the role

AGGP2027 is a two‑year graduate programme at Airbus that prepares recent engineering graduates to become Engineering Planning & Data Managers. You will develop technical, analytical and leadership skills while working on aircraft customization projects in Hamburg.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and steer engineering customization activities within challenging projects to implement specific airline requests.
• Perform data‑analytics tasks on the Airbus internal platform Skywise and other environments.
• Contribute to shaping future ways of working while supporting digitalisation initiatives.
• Gain insight into aircraft customization from early definition through certification and delivery, focusing on cabin and cargo.
• Complete at least one rotation on a different mission during the programme.

Required profile

• A relevant university degree (Bachelor level) in engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduation or early professional experience, preferably with knowledge of data science or analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a desire to take ownership of personal development.
• Interest in project management, digital trends and data‑oriented work.
