Graduate Finance & Controlling Program (18‑month)

About the role

Join BASF’s Corporate Finance team for an 18‑month graduate program that provides a comprehensive insight into finance and controlling. You will rotate through three six‑month assignments, work on real projects, and have the opportunity to gain international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Participate in mergers & acquisitions, financing, and risk‑management projects.
• Collaborate with global finance communities to improve processes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and present results to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in business, economics, finance or related field (Master, PhD, MBA).
• At least a 3‑month internship in finance and/or controlling.
• Minimum three months of study or work experience abroad.
• Maximum three years of professional experience.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
