Graduate FP&A Analyst – Cost Controlling

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a recent graduate to join its Financial Planning & Cost Controlling team as an FP&A Analyst. This position offers hands‑on experience in budgeting, forecasting, month‑end reporting and financial analysis while supporting the digital transformation of finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Assist in monthly reporting by preparing analyses, performance reports and management presentations.
• Perform actual‑versus‑budget and forecast variance analysis and investigate underlying business drivers.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses, business cases and scenario modelling.
• Help with month‑end closing, validate financial data and ensure timely management information.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling teams to maintain data accuracy.
• Contribute to the improvement of recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support automation and standardisation of reporting, forecasting and planning using modern finance tools.
• Explore AI‑driven solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and decision support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality and increase FP&A efficiency.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with experienced Business Controllers.
• Interest in finance automation, AI applications and digital transformation.
• Good communication skills for preparing presentations and reports.
