Graduate Management Trainee Programme – Germany

About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme at AB InBev is a 10‑month rotational development journey starting in August 2027. Junior talent will work on real business projects across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics, gaining hands‑on experience while rotating through 3‑4‑month assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real‑world projects in Sales, Commercial or Supply & Logistics, contributing to value‑creation for the business.
• Complete 3‑4‑month rotations across core functions, gaining cross‑functional exposure.
• Apply the 70‑20‑10 learning model: 70 % on‑the‑job learning, 20 % exposure to other areas, 10 % formal training.

Required profile

• Graduated (before Sep 2027) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with no more than two years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and the native language of Germany, with a valid permanent work permit.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe and to embrace geographic mobility.
