Graphic Designer (m/w/d)

About the role

Customlytics, the leading app‑marketing agency in the DACH region, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual assets for mobile‑app clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design store listings, social‑media campaigns and other digital materials, primarily from our Berlin office with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Design app‑store assets such as icons, screenshots, feature graphics and AI‑generated videos.
• Create promotional creatives for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Snapchat) and web channels including banners, emails and push notifications.
• Collaborate with App Marketing Consultants, Paid Campaign Specialists, ASO and mCM specialists to deliver tailored design solutions.
• Support internal branding initiatives – promotional material, presentations, print products and brand guidelines.
• Help define and implement new design standards and processes within the department.

Required profile

• Significant experience in digital design, preferably with mobile‑app projects.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
