Graphic Designer – Visual Assets & AI Tools

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual assets for our social media and marketing campaigns. You will combine traditional design tools with AI‑powered solutions to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Design banners, print materials, icons and graphics for social media and marketing initiatives.
• Utilise AI tools such as Magnific or Runway to enhance and accelerate design workflows.
• Manage tasks independently using Jira ticketing system and collaborate with the Marketing Brand team.
• Continuously propose visual improvements aligned with market trends.
• Participate in weekly joint‑facilitations and regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong conceptual, realisation and adaptation abilities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Adobe After Effects (preferred).
• Illustration skills for logos, icons and graphic concepts.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Magnific or Runway.
• Proficiency with Jira for task management.
