Group Accountant (m/f/d)

About the role

The Group Accountant will support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and produce ad‑hoc financial reports. You will act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters, ensuring consistency across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements according to IFRS.
• Review subsidiary financials to ensure uniform accounting and valuation.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports and analyses.
• Provide reliable accounting advice to internal and external parties.
• Utilise consolidation software (LucaNet) for reporting.
• Support group‑wide standardisation and harmonisation of accounting processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing new group accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, MBA, or industrial engineering with a focus on accounting or finance.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience in group accounting, reporting, consolidation, or auditing for an international company.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Practical experience with LucaNet or similar consolidation tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
