Growth Associate – DACH

About the role

Andercore is looking for a Growth Associate to drive sales and business development across the DACH region. You will be the front‑line contact for new and existing customers, turning leads into revenue while helping shape our market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through daily calls, follow‑ups and pipeline management.
• Guide prospects through the sales process, converting opportunities into closed deals.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business in the assigned market.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and demand; conduct competitive analyses and provide real‑time insights for buying and selling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Passion for growth‑stage startups and transforming traditional industries.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on mentality with a focus on implementation.
