Growth Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Lead to own and shape the acquisition and growth marketing function of a fast‑growing consumer fintech platform. You will start as an individual contributor, defining strategy and executing hands‑on campaigns, while laying the groundwork for a future Growth Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the end‑to‑end acquisition and growth marketing strategy.
• Scale customer acquisition across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate and emerging channels.
• Design scalable processes, frameworks and performance‑marketing playbooks.
• Integrate AI tools and automation into campaign management, experimentation and reporting.
• Continuously improve acquisition funnels, attribution models, tracking and conversion performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Leadership to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Establish best practices, define scalable structures and help shape the future Growth Marketing organization.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Growth, Performance or User Acquisition Marketing.
• Proven track record scaling B2C products, consumer apps, marketplaces or subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, experimentation, analytics and conversion optimization.
• Experience with modern MarTech ecosystems, attribution and marketing automation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling and automation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building scalable systems.
