Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is seeking a Growth Manager fluent in French to drive user acquisition and activation for its AI‑powered EdTech ecosystem. The role blends data‑driven experimentation, copywriting, design and automation to deliver measurable growth for a platform that combines behavioral science, technology and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, design and launch growth experiments that impact conversion and user engagement.
• Build landing pages, set up automation workflows and ship test assets within days.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code daily to generate hypotheses, create copy and accelerate iteration.
• Analyse cohort data, distinguish vanity metrics from real impact and make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to align experiments with the overall product roadmap.
• Prioritise rapid, scrappy releases over perfect plans, maintaining a bias to action.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth, marketing or product experimentation experience.
• Builder mindset: comfortable shipping landing pages, automations and scripts without waiting for developers.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong data literacy – able to read cohort charts and spot vanity metrics.
• Passion for AI, education technology and behavioural science.
