Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Consultport is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive its digital marketing strategy across all channels. You will work closely with sales and business development to generate high‑quality demand and fuel the company’s growth engine. This is a hands‑on, full‑stack marketing position in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve content rankings and conversion rates.
• Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness to qualified lead handoff.
• Design and run demand‑generation campaigns for key customer segments.
• Maintain and optimise CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot).
• Set up robust tracking and reporting using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Analyse data to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B tests and implement optimisation strategies across the customer journey.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and create content for senior business decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or digital‑first setting.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams on lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Berlin office.
