Growth Product Manager – Italy (AI & Greentech)

Key responsibilities

• Own the Italian market as the product manager, identify gaps and optimise the offering.
• Engage constantly with installers through calls, site visits, demos and support tickets.
• Push metrics by improving activation, adoption and retention for Italian installers.
• Build features that comply with local regulations and installer practices.
• Turn Italy‑specific solutions into reusable platform features for other markets.
• Set the UX/UI bar by reviewing flows before release and rejecting technically correct but poor‑to‑use designs.
• Collaborate closely with core product, engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or product‑driven environment.
• Proven track record of improving a metric and being able to explain the process.
• Strong research skills, combining qualitative and quantitative data for product decisions.
• Excellent product sense to identify weak flows and articulate why they are weak.
• Willingness to travel roughly once per quarter to Italy for on‑site customer meetings.
• Fluent in English and Italian (German a bonus).
