Growth Product Manager – UK (AI & Greentech)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and expand our UK market for an AI‑driven greentech platform. You will work closely with installers, engineering and design teams to deliver features that meet local regulations and improve user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UK market: identify gaps, optimise product and drive growth.
• Engage constantly with installers via calls, site visits, demos and support tickets.
• Push metrics: improve activation, adoption and retention of UK installers.
• Build for local rules: ship features that satisfy UK compliance and workflow differences.
• Turn UK solutions into reusable platform features for other markets.
• Set UX/UI standards: review flows before release and challenge technically correct but poor‑use designs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or product‑driven environment.
• Proven track record of improving a key metric and explaining the methodology.
• Strong research skills, combining qualitative and quantitative data for decisions.
• Good product sense: can spot weak flows and articulate why they are weak.
• Willingness to travel roughly once per quarter to the UK for on‑site meetings.
• Excellent English (C2); German is a bonus.
