Guest Relations Specialist – Customer Support

About the role

HomeToGo is looking for a Guest Relations Specialist to be the human connection behind its vacation‑rental platform. You will help travelers worldwide by delivering first‑class service across email, WhatsApp and chat, while contributing to projects that improve the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, high‑quality support to guests on multiple communication channels.
• Suggest and implement new ideas, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives after the first six months.
• Resolve guest issues effectively and maintain a customer‑centric mindset.

Required profile

• Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) are a strong plus.
• Empathetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Enjoy collaborative work and embody a supportive team spirit.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven tools such as Google Enterprise+, Slack AI, Copilot, Claude or LiteLLM.
