Guest Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at the Fairfield Inn near Harrisburg International Airport. You will ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards while providing friendly service and maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards, prioritising by category.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and respond to guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Restock and return housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Perform deep‑cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Observe all house, safety, and security procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Required profile

• At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local attractions and activities for guests.
