Guest Services Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Wilde is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead its Guest Services Hosts and coordinate activities across public areas, lobby, reception and F&B spaces. You will thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, acting as the face of the brand and ensuring every guest feels welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the lobby, reception and bar areas, ensuring seamless service.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain a fun, fresh and fast‑paced atmosphere.
• Act as brand ambassador, representing Wilde with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage opening, swing and closing shifts, guaranteeing operational continuity.
• Create the ideal ambience by adjusting lighting, music and cleanliness standards.
• Build strong guest relationships by learning preferences and delivering personalised service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality or lifestyle hotel role.
• Solid understanding of Front Office operations.
• Previous experience in F&B or barista duties is preferred, though training can be provided.
