Head of Finance

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the German subsidiary of a leading international manufacturing group as Head of Finance. You will partner closely with the Group CFO and drive finance operations, strategy and transformation in a highly regulated market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance, accounting, reporting, and controlling activities.
• Oversee monthly and year‑end closing and international financial reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash‑flow management.
• Support investment decisions and hedging strategies.
• Deliver financial insights and performance reporting at executive level.
• Optimise and standardise finance processes and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (mandatory).
• CPA / Chartered Accountant / Tax qualification (mandatory).
• Proven senior finance leadership experience within an international group (mandatory).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory).
• Strong strategic, analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
