Head of Global PR & Communications

About the role

RobCo is seeking a Head of Global PR & Communications to become the voice and storyteller of the company. You will shape the worldwide perception of RobCo’s brand, technology, and vision while supporting rapid scaling across Europe and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PR and communications strategy, continuously refining positioning, narrative, and messaging.
• Lead founder and executive communications, including thought leadership, LinkedIn strategy, podcast production, and keynote opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier media in business, technology, manufacturing, and robotics to secure proactive coverage of fundraising, product launches, partnerships, and milestones.
• Design communications plans for US market expansion and support investor relations and financing announcements.
• Manage external PR agencies, freelancers, and other communications partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Prepare executives and spokespeople for media interviews and public appearances.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position RobCo as an attractive employer in industrial technology.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand communications, preferably in high‑growth startups, scale‑ups, or B2B tech.
• Proven track record in founder‑led communications and executive visibility programs.
• Strategic mindset with experience in investor communications, fundraising announcements, or US market expansion (strong plus).
• Familiarity with manufacturing, automation, robotics, or AI is highly desirable.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities in both German and English.
• Hands‑on approach, strong ownership mentality, and ability to think strategically.
