Head of Global Sales

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to define and steer our global sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the global regional sales strategy with BENEO Group’s commercial objectives and growth engine logic.
• Coordinate regional sales plans, pricing, customer segmentation and journey frameworks across EMEA, ASPAC and the Americas.
• Drive achievement of global CM1, turnover, volume and profitability targets.
• Monitor regional performance, market developments and competitive activities to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Sales Directors, fostering accountability and high‑performing teams.
• Support regional organisations in resolving escalated customer, operational or commercial issues.
• Lead transformation initiatives to turn the sales organisation into a growth engine.
• Promote commercial excellence through data‑driven decision‑making, performance management and disciplined sales processes.
• Ensure harmonisation of commercial standards, pricing frameworks, payment terms and incoterms across regions.
• Strengthen customer partnerships and market understanding to identify growth opportunities.
