Head of Growth

About the role

The Head of Growth will shape and execute the growth strategy for a mature fintech market in Germany. Reporting to senior leadership, this remote‑first role combines strategic planning with hands‑on deal work, driving predictable revenue while scaling a high‑performing Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for a mature market and ensure consistent revenue delivery.
• Lead, manage, and scale a team of Account Executives, contributing directly to high‑value deals.
• Define and execute sales strategies that increase pipeline quality, conversion rates, and long‑term revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Drive a performance‑focused culture, ensuring accountability and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop team members, creating clear career progression paths.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and complex negotiations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years leading Account Executive teams.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in fast‑moving, competitive environments.
• Strong background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or similarly complex B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long‑term growth strategies.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
