About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing engine in Germany. The role will support the company’s ambitious growth and transformation agenda, strengthening market position and elevating customer experience across the German market.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that translate growth opportunities into measurable results for the German market.
Lead a cross‑functional marketing team to build brand awareness and drive demand for SD Worx’s payroll and HR solutions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives.

Required profile

Energetic leader with a proven track record in driving marketing growth.
Strong understanding of the German market and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
