Head of Product

About the role

As Head of Product you will own Ablefy’s entire product portfolio, shaping the experience for creators, buyers and the underlying commerce engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will sit on the product and technology leadership team and drive product management end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI transformation of the product, deciding where AI is appropriate and integrating it as a core product mechanism.
• Own portfolio coherence, managing the seams between commerce, checkout, creator tooling and buyer experience.
• Partner with commercial teams to validate demand, define value propositions and ensure shipped features move the business.
• Shape the way product teams work, raising AI fluency, improving discovery, specification and decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product managers, hiring, leveling and coaching teams.
• Accountability for an entire product portfolio rather than isolated features.
• Ability to collaborate with deep domain experts and amplify their authority.
• Track record of building discovery and prioritisation practices that align with fast‑moving commercial organisations.

Required skills

• Product leadership and portfolio management.
• AI‑first product development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to define and measure business outcomes.
• Evidence‑driven decision making and metric architecture design.
