Head of Region APAC

About the role

As Head of Region APAC you will steer the commercial development and operational management of our Asia‑Pacific markets. Reporting to the International Markets division, you will lead a regional team, expand the partner network and ensure sustainable growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the APAC regional team, fostering collaboration and aligning with business priorities.
• Own P&L performance, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Design and execute growth strategies based on market trends, opportunities and customer needs.
• Support product launches and coordinate commercial, marketing and training activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with distribution and business partners, driving effective collaboration and performance.
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee commercial processes within the partner network.
• Coordinate supply‑chain forecasting, order tracking and related activities.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• Extensive experience in international commercial leadership, with strong exposure to APAC markets, preferably in pharma, healthcare or life‑science sectors.
• Proven track record in managing regional operations and partner networks in complex, regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing international teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills for senior stakeholder management.
