Health Facility Project Integration Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Health Facility Project Integration Lead to support the U.S. Army Office of the Surgeon General and Army Medical Logistics Command. Based in Sembach, Germany, the role ensures that medical facilities across Europe, Africa and the Middle East are ready, compliant and aligned with operational missions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve operational medical facilities throughout the European, African and Middle‑East theater.
• Coordinate infrastructure planning to meet the Army Surgeon General’s integration mandates and support USAREUR‑AF and AMLC missions.
• Align facility requirements with technical standards, ensuring mission‑ready and regulatory‑compliant infrastructure.
• Provide consultation to HFPA/68TMC G4 leaders and shape tactical medical environments.
• Manage project information, master plans, design reviews, submittal coordination and reporting.
• Collect data for weekly situation reports and other recurring reporting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Logistics or Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum three years of experience in health facility planning, including familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4‑510‑01, fire protection, life safety and Joint Commission standards.
• At least three years of experience working with the military or other government agencies.
• Ability to travel across Germany and other European, African and Middle‑East sites.
• Fluent English and a valid driver’s licence.
