Hotel & Catering Talent Pool – Onboard Roles (Cooks, Stewards, Cleaners)

About the role

TT-Line is building a talent pool for onboard Hotel & Catering positions across its fleet of Ro‑Pax ferries. The initiative targets motivated professionals who want to deliver first‑class service at sea while enjoying unique travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Join a multinational crew and provide high‑quality hospitality services to passengers.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on board.
• Support catering operations, including meal preparation and service.
• Participate in a respectful, team‑oriented workplace that values professionalism.
• Be ready for future assignments as part of the priority talent pool.

Required profile

• Cleaners: experience in professional cleaning and hygiene maintenance; attention to detail; proactive attitude; immediate availability.
• Cooks: formal culinary training; relevant kitchen experience, preferably on passenger vessels; knowledge of food safety and hygiene; STCW certificates preferred.
• Stewards: training in hospitality or catering; previous guest‑service experience, preferably on cruise or ferry; STCW certificates preferred.
